Adventure Point
At the centre of Chessington World of Adventures Resort sits Adventure Point, the beating heart of the park. Every visit naturally begins or passes through here. As a result, it acts as the main hub where guests can plan, refuel, and jump into the day’s adventures.
Adventure Point brings together everything you might need.
Food and drink take centre stage throughout the area. Guests can dive into hearty meals at the Pizza & Pasta Buffet or enjoy smoky flavours at Smokehouse BBQ & Bar. However, quicker bites are just as easy to find. From fresh donuts and ice cream to coffee and cold drinks, there’s something for every craving. Consequently, it’s the perfect place to recharge at any point in your day.
Alongside dining, Adventure Point also offers a selection of rides aimed at younger explorers. Attractions like the Adventure Tree Carousel, Elmer’s Flying Jumbos, and Tiny Truckers provide gentle thrills and colourful experiences. Therefore, it’s an ideal starting point for families with little adventurers.
Importantly, the area also holds a deep connection to Chessington’s history. The nearby Burnt Stub Mansion, once home to zoo founder Reginald Goddard, predates the theme park itself. As a result, Adventure Point blends heritage with modern attractions.
Previously known as Market Square, the land originally featured an old English market town theme. However, it has since evolved into the vibrant hub guests know today.
Altogether, Adventure Point combines history, attractions, and essential facilities. It’s not just the centre of the park—it’s where every adventure truly begins.
